Doesn't it bother anyone that we have to make two separate lists for the Oscars? "Should Win" and "Will Win"? Are the Oscars so inept at judging artistic merit that we're forced to make our picks based on who orchestrated a film's release to best appeal to the Academy's award season? I used to be the Oscars biggest fan, but when I started adjusting picks because Harvey Weinstein was behind a certain film, I decided to give it up.
Analyzing marketing strategies?! Oh, boy! Can I? Oh, wait. I've got that root canal scheduled. Lucky me.
